AIDA Freediving Courses
We teach now also AIDA free diving courses. Free diving is an extreme sport which shows you the depth of the ocean with a single breath. No scuba tanks required. The world record is currently about 160 meter.
If you have watched the movie "The Big Blue" and thought that this is impossible, you should join one of our AIDA free diving courses in Koh Tao. The Beginner course takes two days and gives you the opportunity to reach depth of up to 20 meter. If you like it you should go on to the next level. We can offer you training up to professional level.
