Koh Tao

White Rock

A beautiful reef with a maximum depth of 18 meter. Here you can find sea snakes, scorpion fish, baracudas, sting rays, turtles and trigger fish.

Twin Rock

The reef is located directly in front of Nang Yuan island. It is famous for it is rich in fish and beautiful corals. The maximum depth is 18 meter. Fishes to spot: sea horse, moray eal, sting rays, turtles and groupers.

Chumphon Pinnacle

This is the best reef around Koh Tao. It is located north west of Koh Tao and takes a 45 minute boat ride to get there. Giant groupers, great baracudas, bull sharks and whale sharks. Maximum depth 34 meter.

Southwest Pinnacle

Maybe the second best reef around Koh Tao, also many divers prefer southwest to chumphon pinnacle. Maximum depth: 27 meter. Here you can spot giant groupers, whale sharks, big yelly fish and sometimes whales.

Hin Wong Pinnacle

Maximum depth: 27 meter. Known for its shrimp fish, great baracudas and turtles.

Tanote Bay

An excellent shallow reef close to the beach good for Discover Scuba Diving experiences. Max depth: 12 meter.

Sail Rock

A top spot between Koh Tao and Koh Phangan. Maximum depth: 40 meter. Giant moray eals and whale sharks are not seldom spotted here.
